Пишет Люда ( ) - - 13:49:00 МАЛОСОЛЬНЫЕ ОГУРЦЫ В ПАКЕТЕ Рецепт найден в старой, затертой до дыр кулинарной тетрадке моей мамы) Некоторые пытаются меня убедить, что это рецепт Лазерсона, но я могу аргументированно поспорить) У меня есть книга с его рецептом, так вот, там он как маньяк в течен. 20-30 минут встряхивает порезанные огурцы в закрытой таре. За такое время можно сойти с умаот вибрации, поэтому предлагаю более простой вариант) Спасибо огромное другу Оле за отличную фотографию) на 1 кг огуцов: 2 ст. л. соли 1 ч.л. сахара 3 зубчика чеснока несколько веточек укропа и петрушки. Огурцы моем и вытираем насухо. Срезаем попки , затем огурцы выкладываем в обычный целлофановый пакет. Добавляем туда же соль, сахар, чеснок, укроп, петрушку. Хорошо завязываем пакет и несколько раз его встряхиваем. Убираем в холодильник и через 6 часов получаем вкусные малосольные огурчики.(советую пакет положить на всякий случай в тарелку) Еще советую, после выделения сока, несколько раз повернуть пакет с огурцами, для равномерного распределения жидкости. Воду в пакет не наливаем. Огурцы ее сами отдадут. Потом можно переложить огурцы в чистую банку, закрыть крышкой и хранить их в холодильнике.
